We offer Personal Training sessions with our top of the line Certified Personal Trainers.
Personal Training offers specialized training aimed to help clients with fitness goals, provide limited nutrition feedback and guidance, motivation, performance enhancement, improve sport performance, and act as a resource and supplement to physical therapy.
During your initial introduction with personal training, your trainer will gather a summary of your overall health history, goals, and other vital information, including, but not limited to: Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Weight, BMI, Body Composition, Strength, and Flexibility.
Focused Group Training is a guided, and pre-designed, exercise program that allows the client(s) up to 2 scheduled visits per week (8 sessions per month) with a trained and certified instructor.
This program is usually denoted for transitioning physical therapy patients and individuals who need physical assistance with exercise. It focuses on improving functional movement by the way of strength and conditioning training; flexibility, balance, endurance, and cognition in a fun encouraging environment. If you are also starting to notice the effects of age-related decline, this program is for you!
We offer options for individual or up to 4 persons per session.
